Our registered office is at Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilsons Business Park, Manchester, United Kingdom, M40 8WN. All orders placed through this website are made directly with Habiba Arts Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Using This Website
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false or misleading information when ordering, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. You are responsible for keeping any account details you create with us secure.
3. Product Information
Our products are handmade and personalized. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish between the product photos and the item you receive are normal and are not considered defects.
4. Prices & Availability
Prices are shown at the time of browsing and are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability — if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with alternatives or a refund.
5. Order Acceptance
An order is only considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. We do not store card details, and payments are handled by our payment provider.
7. Personalization Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of any name, date, spelling, or message you provide for personalization. Please double-check your entry before submitting your order — see our Personalization Policy for full details.
8. Proof Approval
For certain products, we may send you a digital proof before production begins. Production only starts once you approve that proof, and you are responsible for checking it carefully before approving.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production has started. Once a personalized item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, as it is being made specifically for you.
10. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page are estimates, not guarantees, unless an express or guaranteed delivery option is explicitly selected and confirmed.
11. Returns & Refunds

12. Intellectual Property
All website content — including images, product designs, and written copy — belongs to Habiba Arts and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission. By uploading photos, artwork, or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use them and allow us to reproduce them for your order.
13. Limitation of Liability
While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth order, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by couriers, customs, or events outside of our reasonable control. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws apply.
